The challenge: adapting to today's customers
Vestide is the largest student housing provider in Eindhoven. The former website no longer catered to today’s customer demands. It also failed to match the image that Vestide wishes to project, resulting in a decrease of customer satisfaction scores. Vestide’s website, was in dire need of a redesign.

The brand-new website and customer portal has resulted in major gains for Vestide such as quicker lead time on almost every journey, an increase in efficiency and lower operational costs across all departments
The details: dynamic and personal
Vestide’s corporate identity initially didn’t lend itself for optimal use on screen. Therefore, translated the offline identity to a digital one, making it usable not only for responsive design but also for dynamic design via a component-based templating system. We made it possible to segment both content and functionality based on target audiences. The content is even personalized at an individual level by using user variables such as the first name.
